In-Office LAB Services
Bay View OB / GYN is proud to offer in-office LAB services. McLaren Northern Michigan does the majority of our lab and pathology processing and a full-time phlebotomist is now in our office for patient convenience. Patients can utilize McLaren Northern Michigan hospital if they desire, otherwise they can get their blood drawn right in our office with little or no wait time.

Comprehensive Obstetrical Services
We are the only practice in Northern Michigan to offer this in-office laser treatment to treat vaginal dryness, itching, burning, atrophy and painful urination and/or intercourse.

An ablation is an effective treatment for heavy periods. Novasure is an effective, nonhormonal, permanent treatments that involve a minimally invasive procedure that can be performed in your doctor’s office or in a hospital.
Tubal ligation is a permanent form of female sterilization, in which the fallopian tubes are severed and sealed, or “pinched shut,” in order to prevent fertilization. This procedure is performed in the hospital under general anesthesia or during a cesarean section.
